BRUCE C. ROBINS,
CPCU, CIC, ARM, CPIA, CIRMS
President
Bruce C. Robins founded Robins Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1976 from scratch, and has guided the company ever since with consistent growth in all lines of insurance, personal, commercial, and employee benefits. The number of major insurance carriers represented and the overall client base continues to grow each year.
Bruce Robins has achieved several professional designations, including Chartered property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associated in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Professional Insurance Agency (CPIA), and Certified Insurance Risk Manager (CIRMS).
Bruce has served in leadership positions with several organizations, including President of Middle Tennessee PIA and was a former State Board member. He was President of the Tennessee Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI), and served as a Board member of the Jewish Community Center.
Robins has been a recipient of several awards, including President’s Council of Safeco Insurance (three times), Travelers Insurance Company personal lines agent of the year, and membership in the H K Dent Society of Safeco Insurance.
A native of Washington D.C., he holds a BBA degree from Memphis State and a MBA from the American University.
LINDA R. MANNING
Account Executive
Linda Manning joined Robins Insurance Agency in January of 2007 with the purchase of the Sayle and Tidwell Agency, Inc. Linda was the personal lines supervisor for the Sayle and Tidwell Agency. She specializes in personal and commercial lines and holds a license in Property and Casualty, Life and Health.
A member of the Waverly Woman’s Club and past Vice-President, she is a member of many service and civic organizations. She has served on the board of St. Paul Christian Academy for two terms as a member of the church and as a parent. She attended college in Nashville as well as Lewis & Clark in Illinois.
Linda is no stranger to Robins Insurance; she and Bruce Robins worked together 32 years earlier and later joined Robins Insurance Agency in 1979 where she worked for eight years before her real estate career. Linda and her husband have been married for 35 years, she has two children also married, and one grandchild.
MARSHA ROSS JAFFA, CPIW, CIC, LUTCF
Account Executive
Marsha Jaffa joined Robins Insurance Agency in 1984.
She handles the preparation of property, casualty and business insurance coverage. She also specializes in life and medical insurance coverage.
Marsha has a Masters from George Peabody College. She has been certified by the National Association of Insurance Women as a CPIW and has completed her LUTCF life insurance degree. She has also been a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) for 15 years.
Marsha has served as President of Hadassah in Nashville and is on the regional board. She is also on the board at the West End Synagogue Sisterhood and serves on the baking committee. She was secretary of the Neighborhood Education Project dedicated to teaching literacy skills. Marsha has also served as a Girl Scout leader. She enjoys being on Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) committees.

MIKE HUFF
Account Executive
Mike Huff joined Robins Insurance Agency in 1996 and specializes in the sale of commercial and personal lines.
A life-time resident of Williamson County, MIke is a well-respected business leader known for his work on behalf of the Brentwood community. Past president of the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce, he currently serves on the chamber's Economic Development Committee.
President of Huff's Food Town in Brentwood from 1975-1993, Mike has also served as director of advertising for Harpeth National Bank and Nashville City Bank. Prior to joining Robins, Mike worked in sales for Nationwide Insurance and was the recipient of several regional sales awards from the insurance industry.
JOE WALDRON, AMS, PCAM
Account Executive
Joe Waldron specializes in insurance coverage for Condominiums, Apartments, Home Owners Associations (HOA’s) and Real Estate Investment Properties. Joe is an Account Manager in charge of both commercial and personal insurance accounts. He provides his clients with high quality insurance products and services from the top rated carriers in the field.
Joe holds two Bachelor of Science degrees. The first is from Providence College, in Business Administration and the second is from Johnson & Wales College, Rhode Island in Hotel/Restaurant Hospitality.
In 1984, Joe earned the designations of Association Management Specialist (AMS)& Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) from the Community Association Institute. He worked in the property management field, most recently as a property manager of over twenty communities in the Greater Nashville area. Joe recently served as the 2001 President of the Community Association Institute (CAI)- Tennessee Chapter and has be recognized by receiving numerous local and national awards through out his property management tenure.
STEVEN L. JAMES, LUTCF
Account Executive
Steven James joined Robins Insurance Agency in 2003 with sixteen years of insurance experience in life, health, home, auto, business and financial services.
His achievements include earning multiple awards such as "District Top Producer," "Tennessee Life Agent of the Year," "Tennessee State Leader," and numerous "Customer Service" and "Regional Top Producer" awards.
Steve completed his LUTCF life insurance degree and is a member of the NALU (National Association of Life Underwriters). He is licensed in Life & Health and Property & Casualty and is qualified to assist you with any insurance need. Also, his extensive experience in managing an insurance agency from marketing, servicing, claims handling, accounting to administration has given him unique insight to the many aspects of providing superior customer service.
A native of Northern Alabama, Steve has resided in Nashville since 1981. He is married and has a daughter who attends a university in Tennessee. He enjoys playing golf and is involved in his church, and various community activities.
